Why I started Essential Lab

Hi Friends,

I just started this newsletter for a deeply personal reason: to support young adults navigating the messy, often overwhelming journey of life.

When I founded Essential Lab, the goal was never just to sell digital products. The true vision has always been to build a support community.

Right now, so many young adults in our community are incredibly vulnerable. For many, a harsh trend has emerged—forgoing education out of financial necessity to take on low-paying, exhausting jobs just to get by. Even for those who do manage to get a formal education, many find themselves stuck. They end up in jobs completely unrelated to their training, either because the path wasn't right for them, or because they simply don't know how to bridge the gap to find the right career.

I used to feel completely isolated in these struggles. But during my time serving with the SRS (Self-Reliance Services) team at my church, my eyes were opened. I realized I wasn’t suffering alone. The doubts, financial hurdles, and career confusion I went through are shared by almost everyone in our generation.

That’s why Essential Lab exists. We provide practical support documents and life modules to help you navigate these exact hurdles. In the future, we hope to grow this into a thriving network of young adults lifting each other up. We might not be immune to the challenges and torments of life, but there is immense hope when you realize you aren't walking this path alone.
